Vexlly Shipping Policy: Reliable, and Straightforward

You’ve made some solid picks—props for that. Now you’re probably wondering when your order will show up and how it all works. We’ll keep it simple and give you the full rundown on our shipping process. No fluff, just what you need to know to stay in the loop.


1. The Basics: Estimated Shipping Times by Location

  • United States & Canada: 7-28 business days.
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 12-27 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days.
  • Other Global Destinations: 15-35 business days 

2. Order processing 

  • Order processing takes 1-5 business days, depending on the volume of orders. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your gear as it makes its way to you.

3. Shipping Cost: Free!

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders. No order minimums or fine prints forcing you to do mental gymnastics. As avid haters of sneaky companies that add extra shipping fees at the end, we decided to go against the grain—what you see is what you pay, no hidden costs, no surprises.

4. Customs & Import Fees

  • Unfortunately, we can't work our magic everywhere. Customs fees may apply depending on your country. If they do, your local postal service will reach out to you for payment before your package is released.  We are not responsible for undelivered packages if you refuse to pay custom taxes & duties.

5. Tracking: Follow Your Package Like It’s on a Road Trip

  • After we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can see where your package is on its journey. This usually activates within a few business days, so don’t panic if it’s slow to update at first! 

6. What If Something Goes Wrong? (Lost or Delayed Packages)

  • If you haven't received your package within 30 business days we will refund you and give you a 15% off coupon on your next order. (God we're too nice). Just give us a shout at support@vexlly.com.
  • For lost packages we advise you ask your neighbours, or consult security footage if possible. If the package still does not come up within 7 days after delivery we will offer a reshipment or a refund. Your choice!

7. Items Arriving Separately 

  • Some of our products are made upon ordering. If you have a multi-order transaction, products could arrive in separate packages at different times. But rest assured, you're getting that package.

8. Wrong Addresses & Other Delivery Situations 

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. 
  • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@vexlly.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office.
  • Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect the package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at support@vexlly.com to submit a return request.
